Information purchased or service delivered is provided to you “as is” for your use and information for your business. When purchasing these documents/products you are granted a limited license for you and your business, the purchaser ensures that they will not be used by other entities, businesses or resold. RTO Validation Specialists reserves all rights.
RTO Validation Specialists grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the purchased documents for the purpose of performing compliance requirements for your business. You are not entitled to sub-licence without our express written permission. We may revoke this licence at any time, for any reason.
You agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage we incur, or any commercial benefit you or any third party makes, from your breach of this clause.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RTO Validation Specialists and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
LIABILITY
You use the services of RTO Validation Specialists at your own risk. RTO Validation Specialists, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, or licensors (collectively, “Providers”) warrant that RTO Validation Specialists will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of RTO Validation Specialists, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information obtained through RTO Validation Specialists. RTO Validation Specialists will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of any products from this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. No oral or written advice or information provided by RTO Validation Specialists, its affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the user rely on such advice or information.
This Company reserves the right to modify any advertised price prior to order acceptance. All items are subject to availability and may be removed at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer you a substitution or issue a refund.

Subject to certain exceptions, you may access the Personal Information we maintain about you and update and/or correct it. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please submit a written request to us.
RTO Validation Specialists will not charge a fee for your request to access your Personal Information but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of such information.
Before releasing the requested information, we may request identification from you in order to protect your Personal Information.
Maintaining the Integrity of Your Private Data
We place a premium on the accuracy of your Personal Information. We will take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of your Personal Information. If you discover that the information we have is out of date or inaccurate, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records and continue to provide you with superior service.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY – (Document/Template Purchase)
Our products are currently only available for download via the Internet. After approving your purchase, we will process your order. Typically, orders are processed within one (1) hour, but it may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete. After processing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you provided on the order form.
This email serves as your electronic purchase receipt and contains access instructions for our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure that you can access our products successfully. While we are accommodating and permit a reasonable number of downloads, we do not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate access to our download servers at any time.
It is important to us that you are pleased with our products, as we stand behind them. As our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we do not offer refunds in general.
If you change your mind about your purchase and have not yet downloaded our product, we will gladly refund your money.
After you have downloaded our product, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY – (Validation Services)
Cancellation and Rescheduling
At RTO Validation Specialists, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our specialists’ schedules effectively and offer the slot to another client. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
Refunds
Before Service Delivery: If you decide to cancel your service booking before a specialist has commenced the service, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the service commencing, you will be charged a cancellation fee as mentioned above.
After Service Delivery: Since our services include professional assessments and validations by RTO Validation Specialists, they are considered completed once delivered. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds after the service has been rendered. However, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer partial refunds, service credits, or a re-evaluation at no additional cost.
Non-refundable Services
Please note that certain services, including but not limited to urgent or expedited validations, are non-refundable once the service process has commenced, as these involve priority scheduling and resource allocation that affect our operational capacities.
Process for Requesting Refunds
To request a refund or to discuss a service issue, please contact us directly through our email at info@rtovalidation.com.au or call us at 0483 378 493. Please include your service order number, details of your request, and any relevant documentation or communication. Our team will assess your request and respond within 7 business days.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis in the event of extenuating circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please submit a detailed explanation to our customer service team for review.
COMPLAINTS

At all times, complaints:
- will be treated seriously.
- will be dealt with promptly.
- will be dealt with in a confidential manner; and
- will not affect your existing obligations or affect your commercial arrangements with us.
We will commence an investigation into your complaint. You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint following completion of the investigation. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Federal Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
POLICY CHANGES
RTO Validation Specialists reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated document on our website. We encourage clients to review the document periodically to stay informed of any updates.
